Niger State is advancing its agricultural infrastructure as a participant in the SPIN project. Participating under Model 2, the state is focused on the State Irrigation Scheme structure to independently manage and improve its regional irrigation assets. To anchor this initiative, Niger State has selected the Rabbah Irrigation scheme.
