Yobe State is strengthening its resilience against climate variability by participating in the SPIN project. Opting for Model 2, the state is taking charge of a State Irrigation Scheme to directly impact its agricultural output. The Nguru Irrigation scheme has been chosen as the focal point for this developmental initiative.
